Website privacy
This policy covers this website. The Measure App has its own privacy policy; the short version is that the app makes no network requests and collects nothing.
The short version
- No accounts, no sign-up forms, no advertising.
- No cookies and no analytics or tracking scripts.
- Our free tools run entirely in your browser. What you type into them is never sent to us.
- Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs, described below.
Who is responsible
Arron Mecwan, an individual developer. Contact: pawsitivitytoday@gmail.com.
What stays in your browser
Two settings are saved in your browser’s local storage, on your device only: your light or dark theme choice, and, if you use it, the online ruler’s card setting. They are never sent to us. You can clear them at any time by clearing this site’s data in your browser.
What our host logs
The website is hosted by Vercel. Like any web host, Vercel processes technical information when your browser requests a page, such as your IP address, browser type, the page requested and the time, to deliver the site and protect it from abuse. See Vercel’s privacy policy. We don’t use these logs to identify you.
If you email us
If you email us, we receive your email address and whatever you write, and use them only to reply. We don’t add you to any list. Ask us at any time to delete your emails.
Links and the App Store
Links to the App Store and to official sources take you to other websites with their own privacy policies. The App Store button and QR code are plain links: they load nothing from Apple until you tap them.
Children
This website doesn’t knowingly collect any information from anyone, including children.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct or delete personal information about you. Because this website doesn’t collect personal information beyond the host logs above and any email you send, there is usually nothing for us to hand over, but contact us and we’ll help.
Measurements are approximate
All measurements and results from The Measure App, in every tool, and from the free tools on this website are approximate estimates and may not be accurate. Always use proper measuring tools alongside them and check before you rely on a result. Our terms of use explain this in full.
Changes
If this policy changes, we’ll update the date at the top. If we ever add analytics or anything that collects data, this page will say so before it starts.
